Our mission statement at KFS & KPM is to work hand in hand with each client, ensuring that all management requirements are met.
Our aim is to provide not only a superior quality service, but next level expertise in dealing with varying challenges and deadlines.
The Client, who can rely on our professional advice for investment growth and best returns, is our top priority.
We value and appreciate the importance of a solid business relationship with our clients, this being the foundation of a successful and mutually rewarding enterprise, conducted with a sense of utmost confidentiality.
These values are encapsulated in the name – Khulisa – a zulu word meaning – “to grow together”.
Connie Oleastro - Professional Accountant (SA)
Connie Oleastro is the founding member of KFS & KPM
After studying at WITS Technicon for a ND Cost Accounting and NHD Management Practice, Connie went on to complete her BCom accounting degree, whilst working as Financial Manager at Meissner Power Systems. She then went on to work as Financial director for 3 Bidvest companies – Vericon Outsourcing, Topturf and Provicom.
30 years on, having gleaned vast knowledge, exposure and management experiences within such diverse business enterprises, inspired Connie to start her own company. Affording her the opportunities to explore areas beyond accounting but not limited to property management, Financial training, Business management, BBBEE Compliance, Financial Forecasting and Consulting.
In her vast career she has inspired young minds, teaching them skills to be successful and affording them opportunities. Her motto being – “guidance before dismissal”.
